I wanted a pipe extended to a somewhat atypical position and Alan took time to understand what I needed and why before sending a plumber to do work. It was a small task but my condo required a licensed plumber.
The cost was more than was quoted by a different plumber who repeatedly failed to show up, but it was worth the difference for reliable service. Alan’s plumber showed up at the agreed time and completed the work quickly and neatly.
