Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the work completed. Our team accommodated your house on short notice - within two weeks - even though we are pre-booked 4-6 weeks ahead of time (we were told the house is going for sale asap). Moreover, due to COVID-19 we do our quotes remotely and we never actually met in person for the estimate. The crew NEVER met your daughter and you were onsite from the beginning to the end of the gutter installation. I 'the guy' am the owner of the company and personally installed your eavestroughs and our 'trainee' is a full time worker with all of the professional training required. The house was finished in a timely manner but not in two hours of time. On a more positive note, we are a small family business and my office staff (wife) has been an integral part of the company since its creation. As a company that strives for quality and exceptional customer service we do accept and welcome criticism but your review seems like libel.
