First met with the owners and the project seemed to be on the ball. When the crew arrived they were setup well and had the necessary material and staff. When the work started, however, there was some confusion about materials etc. As with reviewer who noted below, Advice: inspect all before you pay and deduct any deficiencies! After leaving we found holes that were not plugged and seams not finished. Rather than go through the process of dealing with the company just hired a new company to do the finishing. Scheduling was definitely an issue - as reviewer noted below, seems tied to fixed schedule and to get in/out rather than returning for proper finishing. There is a shortage of tradespeople so the power of the installers is incredible. Final dealing with the company was based on ultimatums to either get the work finished or don't get paid, which was extreme. Definitely call for quotes and get orders and specifics in writing.

As part of a house renovation I needed a new backsplash. The tiles chosen were glass so they required extra work and care to layout and install. Some tilers clearly had no idea of the special needs of glass tile. After speaking with Milorad he came to the house, advised on the special requirements and gave a competitive price. I hired him on the spot. As others have posted there is no stress working with Milorad. He knows exactly how to layout, cut and install the tile for a professional, clean look. In this case the tiles were offset 3 inches (of 12) but due to thickness of the glass 4 to 5 cuts were required so the glass would not break or chip. He took the time to be exact with each one. The backsplash looks amazing - and that's from compliments of people entering the house as well. I would recommend him without a doubt. He is a master tiler, will tell you straight forward information and very nice person as well.

I Initially called KNT based on the positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Doing a whole house reno I needed basic electrical services as a start. Based on the excellent work of Ken, I called KNT for more extensive work with more electricians. They were all professional and exact in their work. I had pot lights installed, major wiring moved, outlets put in hard to reach places, switches, island wiring, light fixtures, etc. The quality of Ken's work and the other workers was great. Anytime I asked Ken for changes he was an expert in offering suggestions and all the changes I asked for were made. There wasn't anything they couldn't do which made for some great new features for the house. Due to covid disruptions affecting the reno timing, Tim was really accommodating and helpful in juggling the time to do the work. In addition they are honest and very fair in their pricing. Thank you for the good work KNT. I will definitely call KNT for my next project.

Before the work project I spoke with John. Sent him some pictures and he advised on the best alternatives. Found him very honest as he mentioned there were two layers of brick and cracks were step cracks not structural which didn't require as much work. Appreciated the honest advice and would definitely use this company again.

Had a good experience with Vlad and Roman. Vlad was helpful with the pricing by find lower priced products which reduced my install cost. Fast feedback as well. Roman installed the 6 cameras I had. He took about 1.5 hours just planning the routes and cables, which was good because he took the time to think the best route and ultimately moved the router to a hidden spot. Small item it appears he used an old face plate for the cable entry which really for the cost should have used a new, white plate. Other than that was great service.

First off, if you are at all concerned about Covid, don't use this company. No masks, no PPE, nothing. Had other trades in at the same time and had to send this guy home as he didn't wear a mask. They did 2 jobs, the first a small bathroom. Work was ok but it was small and done well. Other bathroom, somewhat of a mess. Gian left the site and a rookie helper to do the work, who then misaligned tiles on the wall at a critical level. Told this to Gian, had to press him to rip out the old tile and replace. Then had them do the floor. See photos. He misaligned the tiles then said it's because they are different tiles. Ah no, tiles were the same, only pattern was different. The cut out for the toilet was cut too small and had to find someone to re-do his work. Since he was there we had him install (or try to install) a bathtub. He brought in a plumber (equally rough in work), so there were 4 guys trying to press in this tub because Gian didn't measure correctly. Not sure why Gian laughed when he was told about it. Sent emails to repair and they were not answered. We cannot pay for sub par work as we had to get another worker to fix. He is a very nice person and so is his experienced helper, however, based on the work we would not use again.

Contacted RJ, he was honest about when he could start and the time it took. He arrived earlier than the start time the first day. Him and his helpers were polite, efficient and produced good work. I had another company prior that did trim work who were not as good so was happy to find RJ Saw. One thing that stood out was I kept bringing up small areas that I forgot to include and RJ did them all, no problem. I would recommend them, precise work and efficient.

We had our daughters house which we own with her done but we werent able to be there when work was done. The owner seems like a nice guy when dealing trying to hustle the work but is fast gone when work is done. The guy left a trainee doing the work for a 2 hour job! This is a one man shop, no office staff etc. The work was sloppy and they left a mess after installation. There was some stuff in the old eavetrough they ripped it out and splattered on walkway and doors that we had to clean up. Yes you will get a low price but you get low quality. - was very off putting. Find a more reputable company as this one is shady. Updated: After the rain of a week or so the eves were inspected by someone, part of the eaves was installed attached to the shingles, not to the roof frame. Needless to say more time and money. Inspection wasn't done properly before leaving

We hired Slava to install drywall on the ceiling and provide a skim coat for the ceiling where the kitchen and a living room load bearing wall was removed. The results are professional grade. Based on that he was asked to finish multiple walls on many rooms throughout the house. He and is worker Dimitri provided excellence in finishing of the house. I had to ask for some changes part way through and it was no problem at all. They will take the extra time to make sure the work is correct. I had painters come in and they commented on the quality of the work. Beyond that they very personable guys and are eager to help. I would say the value they provided was exceptional. At minimum you should receive a quote. If you hire them like I did they didn't stop until I was happy with the work. The difference was night and day between the before and after and I would hire them again.
