I chose Mallion because I trusted Petar (the owner), his evaluation of our roofline (big roof, long runs, some inner corners, and rethinking the downspouts) and his advice on how to handle the challenges. In removing the existing eavestroughs, we discovered a big section of rotted wood. There was absolutely no drama. Petar and his team had the carpentry experience needed to handle the repair/replacement, we discussed what was needed and Petar got it done. We've had two huge rainstorms and everything is working great. Highly recommend Petar and his whole team.

Peter is one of the most conscientious, honest, and knowledgable contractors that I have ever dealt with. His quote for replacing the eavestroughs, soffit, fascia etc. on my house was very fair. He and his team arrived on time every morning and worked late in the day, in the blistering heat of July. Petar kept me in touch with every phase of the work and was always available to answer questions. He took an initial down payment and told me I wouldn't pay him until the job was done and I was satisfied with the work. On the last day, he gave me a tour of the entire job. It was meticulous. Originally we wanted some repairs to downspouts, but it was apparent from all the quotes we received that replacement of the eavestroughs was necessary due to their age.
