Oven Repair

Fix repaired our high end oven by replacing the main power control board. Nick, the on-site technician, was great and took great care of the equipment and workspace. The Fix office was very responsive through calls or E-mails. They showed up for the appointments that were booked and charged the amounts they had estimated. The deposit charged for the part was reasonable and the wait time wasn't overly long. I would definitely use Fix again if I needed something else repaired.

Great Service from Fix Appliances

Appliance Repair review in Aurora

My 5 year old LG dishwasher had some warning lights come on. It comes with a motor that is guaranteed for 10 years.

Fix Appliance came in and diagnosed the problem in like 15 minutes (apparently very common sadly). Then dealt with LG, came back in 5 days after the part came in, and fixed in like and hour. No mess, no fuss. Just great service.

PS - Really sucks without the dishwasher - what a pain in the butt. First world problems!!!

Refrigerator repair

A previous appliance repair person had misdiagnosed the problem. Sergei came at the agreed upon time, quickly diagnosed the problem, went to pick up the part, installed it and everything was done quickly and efficiently. He wore a mask and wore shoe covers so there was no mess left.

Liebherr fridge repair

Homestars system is rotten compared to the repair service from FixAppliances. Nick was brilliant and I will use him again a heartbeat. Posting this review is a pain, howeverthis site is not mobile-friendly.
