Fix repaired our high end oven by replacing the main power control board. Nick, the on-site technician, was great and took great care of the equipment and workspace. The Fix office was very responsive through calls or E-mails. They showed up for the appointments that were booked and charged the amounts they had estimated. The deposit charged for the part was reasonable and the wait time wasn't overly long. I would definitely use Fix again if I needed something else repaired.
