I recently had two repairs done by Ilya and everything went very well. Ilya was very professional throughout the entire process. When he came to the first appointment he easily figured out what the issues were with my two appliances and ordered the necessary parts. When the parts arrived another appointment was easily scheduled and Ilya came back to make the repairs. He worked very well and efficiently during the 2nd appointment.
