Our Frigidaire gas oven stopped working so we reached out to book a service call. Ilya arrived within the arranged time and also called on the way to let me know his ETA. He was very pleasant, diagnosed the issue right away, and even had the part with him and fixed it in the same visit. He even thoughtfully retrieved an item I'd accidentally dropped behind the stove the day before! I am quite pleased with the service and will definitely use them again for any other repairs.
