Erick(sorry of I misspelled your name) came same day to try to fix our refrigerator which had unusual cooling cycles. We were expecting a bad result and that we would have to replace the whole fridge due to the age, however, Erick came with the great news that it's a common issue and they he even had the part with him!
He quickly and efficiently did the job and the fridge has been cooling perfectly ever since!
