Service Call and Repair - Blomberg Washer- Replace Carbon Brushes
We called Fix Appliances as our Blomberg washing machine wasn't working at all. When I called, we were able to schedule a service call the next day.
Roman was able to immediately diagnose the issue and mentioned that he would deal with ordering the parts and be in touch with next steps. He communicated with us via calls/texts throughout the week providing updates and answering any questions we had.
Within a week, he received the parts and called me same day to schedule the repair.
The repair was completed smoothly and Roman fixed our washer far earlier than we had expected.
