repairs to dishwasher was acceptable. Repairs to cook top was exceptional.

As I said above, the Dishwasher repair man really did not know what he was doing it took 3 1/2 hours to replace a pump ( 3 hours too long)
The repairman for the stove top knew his business and everything was done expediently, courteously and with knowledge.
