Our service technician, Nikolai, spent almost 10 hours here to make sure our fridge was repaired properly. After finishing the original repair in around 4 hours he discovered an additional problem that was very difficult to fix and spent 6 more hours, until almost 2 in the morning, to make sure it was done correctly and that we would have a functioning fridge. This was all without charging us one extra dollar over the original price for the original repair. Fantastic service which I would highly recommend to anyone. Nikolai is the man!!
