The service provider Ilya was polite and courteous. He listened carefully to my description of the issue and quickly identified the problem. Once the initial concern was dealt with and the burner worked when tested, he waited and tried again. When it didnt work perfectly on subsequent attempts he took it apart again and wiped down the area of concern. He proceeded to test the burner several more times, while educating us on the sparking mechanism to ensure that it continued to function as it should.
