I hired this company through a referral and the BBB. they were very accommodating and efficient in both the quote process and the work. they were here a week later and although it is a two day process they were accurate on their timing and when they left everything was cleaned up and taken care as if they were never working around the house except for a big window in the basement which really lets the light in and changes the whole look down there. the follow up phone call was a great to receive and everyone from Kimberly to the installation people were top notch and very professional. they will be coming back to install another window and to the replacement windows as well.
