Tom was recommended to me by friends. I had not ordered window coverings for a number of years so had no real idea of what I wanted/needed. Tom seemed to sense what would work with my new windows. I have been very happy with the choices we made, especially the motorized cords. I found Tom very knowledgeable, professional, friendly. I was so at ease with him and there was absolutely no pressure or attempt to oversell. I will be contacting him again for more window coverings. I will most definitely recommend him, in fact I already have.

Worked with Tom to get blinds for our new house. We werent sure what type of blinds initially. Tom gave us a visit and gave his recommendations. He also explained that new regulations were starting in May 2022 about how only cordless blinds would be allowed to be sold. This was not mentioned by the competitors. In the end, he recommended zebra blinds and we decided to get them motorized as the cordless manual mechanisms were not to our liking. We paid a deposit of 50% and he ordered the blinds. The blinds came in about a month and he came to install it with his staff. He showed us how to use the remotes for the motorized zebra blinds and help us set up a wifi hub so that we could also control the blinds on our phones. All of this was at a lower cost than the competitor with no motors! Thanks to Tom for the great blinds in our new house. We have received compliments from family and friends.

Unfortunately, they were no longer available. They recommended another supplier and managed the placement order through installation. All this was done in a professional manner.
