Worked with Tom to get blinds for our new house. We werent sure what type of blinds initially. Tom gave us a visit and gave his recommendations. He also explained that new regulations were starting in May 2022 about how only cordless blinds would be allowed to be sold. This was not mentioned by the competitors. In the end, he recommended zebra blinds and we decided to get them motorized as the cordless manual mechanisms were not to our liking. We paid a deposit of 50% and he ordered the blinds. The blinds came in about a month and he came to install it with his staff. He showed us how to use the remotes for the motorized zebra blinds and help us set up a wifi hub so that we could also control the blinds on our phones. All of this was at a lower cost than the competitor with no motors! Thanks to Tom for the great blinds in our new house. We have received compliments from family and friends.
