We had Gerry and Darryl come back to do another reno as we really enjoyed having them last year when they did the whole of our main floor (new floors, new bathroom, doors, closet, etc.). This time, it was to convert one of our bedrooms upstairs into a nursery for our new baby.
The work was done in 2.5 days! As always, they were on time every day and worked straight throughout the day, each day. They cleaned at the end of each day(swept and cleared any debris or dust) and on the last day, they even mopped the room!
Really love their work, work ethic and personalities! The price is great as well, they always stay on budget - no surprises!
Can't wait to have them come back next summer to finish up all the bedrooms!

Reached out to Gerry earlier this year to upgrade two bathrooms since he and his son did a great job on our kitchen a few years earlier. Once again they did an incredible job. The timing and cost of the project met all expectations. Not only did they deliver on what was agreed upon, they also readily made modifications based on the situation and last minute client requests.

We asked them to instal an electric fireplace and tv on a wall with porcelaine tile from floor to ceiling (cathedral).
Wow, the end results met our expectations and more.
They are very meticulous and professionals.
They are here everyday until the job is finished.
All in all it was a pleasant experience and surely got value for the money we paid.

We bought our house and have been living in it "as-is" for the past 4 years. We just got married and decided to make the changes needed to make it a home. After reading the reviews on here (reviews are so important and helpful) we decided to give them a call. From the very 1st conversation with Gerry, I was sold on working with him.

Gerry and his son were very pleasant to work with. They were on time every day and worked tirelessly throughout the day. We had their undivided attention throughout the project, no other side jobs and no breaks in time. They replaced all the flooring throughout our main floor (tiles and hardwood, baseboards), removed all the stucco, installed pot lights, new doors and even expanded our powder room and created a whole new entrance to it on the main floor! They answered our million questions (as 1st time homeowners who bought an old home) and gave us many very good suggestions on what needed to be done right away and what we could keep for later (keeping our current budget in mind)

They cleaned up as they worked and cleaned up at the end of every work day. Besides the usual dust from renos, there were no junk or debris left over every day and the final cleanup was sparkling!

Definitely, they will definitely be the 1st in mind whenever we're ready to do all the other things we want to have done around the home. Prices were reasonable and they are honest and upfront about everything. We were never blindsided and always kept in the loop.

Once again we had Lamberts Contracting helping us with our project for the 5th time. We purchased this place and we knew we had to do something different with the kitchen. We needed more room and wanted to add more cabinets. Gerry did not waste time to put forward ideas. Instead of installing complete new kitchen, Gerry suggested we use existing kitchen cabinets and manufacture additional cabinets of the same type and spray paint the new and existing cabinets. After completion, we had no reservations on the quality of work done by Lamberts contracting. Excellent service.

Gerry and Darrell completing our deck and basement in September 2013 and We couldn't wait for them to comeback and cut open a door to the garage and install crown mouldings and baseboard. Gerry completed both these projects last week. Gerry and Darrell both worked out side in -15 deg temperatures to trim mouldings just to keep the dust out. The access to the garage from inside of the house is so convenient we just love it. The quality of work is impeccable. Work ethics are next to none..

I highly recommend this general contractor. This company was referred to me by my brother-in-law, who highly recommended them. They did a complete re-model of my kitchen and bathroom, tearing down to the studs and re-building. Gerry and his son, Darryl, were here every day. They finished the project on time and on budget. They delivered a complete kitchen and bathroom reno that was started in early December in time for the holidays. Both were very pleasant and helpful. They are both great problem-solvers and were able to offer suggestions about the best way to handle various issues. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the value for the money. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again as my 1950's house is a continual work in progress. The next thing on my list is a laundry room reno.
