We had all the windows in our home replaced in addition to a new back door. We can't say enough positive things about this company. This is a family run business that clearly takes pride in doing quality work with exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Nelson made us feel comfortable. The crew lead by Albino was very professional. Our job was quite complicated but Nelson and his team were able to provide creative solutions to resolve our issues. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Our home is much warmer with the new windows and its curb appeal has definitely been enhanced.

We had a leaky bathroom faucet we couldn't repair ourselves because the pieces had fused together. Brandon arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it. He also explained how to dismantle the tap in the future. Alison took my call in the office. She too was friendly and professional. I was pleased with the same day service.

I used Dupont Plumbing on my most recent kitchen/bathroom reno. I have used them in the past for two other bathroom reno's. They carry top brand kitchen and bathroom fixtures at a fraction of the prices of other high end stores. I got a Blanco double kitchen sink that was a floor model for less than half the retail price. Ditto for my Aquabrass kitchen faucet. I also got Grohe faucets for the bathroom and a beautiful Toto pedestal sink. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have usually dealt with Ash. This is a plumbing supply place, not a beautiful showroom. The advantage is that they can pass on the best prices to their customers since they don't have the overhead of a huge showroom.

I bought 3 new stainless steel appliances for my new kitchen. I got the Panasonic over the stove microwave with a built-in fan, a Eurolux induction stove and a GE Profile French door fridge. I found the prices and service at Kaplan's to be the best. I have always bought my appliances there and have never had a concern. This time, I dealt with Nancy, who was a delight to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and service oriented. We shopped around and Kaplan's prices were by far the best.

We were looking for an alternative to granite for our kitchen countertops. After extensive research on the web, we settled on soapstone and found this vendor. Greensville Soapstone is top notch. I dealt with both Michelle who handles the billings and customer service side of the business and Peter who handles the cutting and installation. Both are very knowledgeable about the product and both are very customer service oriented. This company installed my countertop on the Friday before Christmas. They went out of their way to fit me in before the holidays, even though my cabinets were delayed which delayed the countertop installation. Michelle and Peter were very patient and responsive in answering my questions, both before and after the installation. They left me with great information about the care of my countertop. The quality of the stone and the installation is exceptional. I highly recommend both this product and this company.

I highly recommend this general contractor. This company was referred to me by my brother-in-law, who highly recommended them. They did a complete re-model of my kitchen and bathroom, tearing down to the studs and re-building. Gerry and his son, Darryl, were here every day. They finished the project on time and on budget. They delivered a complete kitchen and bathroom reno that was started in early December in time for the holidays. Both were very pleasant and helpful. They are both great problem-solvers and were able to offer suggestions about the best way to handle various issues. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the value for the money. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again as my 1950's house is a continual work in progress. The next thing on my list is a laundry room reno.
