Multi Service Aluminum

I had some shoddy work done to install fascia/soffit on my sheds and contacted Manny. He was very prompt in his response and quoted me after sending videos and pictures. He fit me in the next day as he had other jobs in the area and once here, was very efficient, professional and honest with what needed to be done. I highly recommend him and his team. I am looking to get more work done on my house and will definitely hit up Manny in the future.

Mani & crew replaced our gutters and put in leaf guards. He was professional & on time.

Manny was very responsive and when he assessed my eavestroughs was honest with me that they all needed to come down. He noted that the eaves and fascia needed to be replaced but the soffits were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. He offered to do the front of the house this year and the back next year if that was easier financially but he highly recommended doing the whole job at once. I agreed to the whole job. The price was reasonable. He came by to share colour choices and made good recommendations. He stayed in communication on a regular basis and it was about 4 weeks after agreeing to the job that he was able to come by and get it done. He spent a whole day on our eaves and fixed other issues he discovered along the way. It was great working with Manny and his team. I highly recommend Multi Service Aluminum!!

Excellent service and workmanship. Manny and his team were courteous, professional, timely. Every day when they finished work they cleaned up and left the house spotless. Our house looks amazing and we greatly recommend this company.

Manny was an absolute pro every step of the way of this job. From his initial consult, to keeping me informed throughout the day-of with texts and even a FaceTime call to discuss and confirm details, I could not be happier with the service we received. He was on time, on budget, left the job site very clean, and was great to work with.

The drain pipe had fallen as the clamps holding the pipe along the outer wall had given way. While Multi Service Aluminum was prompt in responding and arriving at my home, the job was done in 15-20 minutes by drilling a couple of holes along the outer wall and screwing in the clamps after placing the pipe. Thus basically for screwing in four screws into the wall, the cost was exorbitant.

Any handy man would have done this job in $150.

Manny from Multi Service Aluminum was not only very personable and quick to reply to my inquiry about repairing our copper eaves troughs, but the job was also very well done with a smile......He explained what needed to be done in detail and delivered as promised.....Highly recommend!!!
