We were scheduled for a routine examination of the 13 year-old furnace in our home. Thanks to the care and alertness on the Direct Energy technician a developing fault was observed with potential safety implications.

The spare parts and installation were organized and delivered in 24 hours. No other service supplier has ever been so effective and diligent.

We rented a new water heater from Direct Energy but the water kept being cold for a long period of time until it heated up. We called Direct Energy as an emergency as there was no hot water yesterday and they came in a couple of hours and explained a part was not doing it's job properly. Ordered the part right away and it came the next morning and the service man came and installed it the same day. Very good service!

I enrolled in the Home Protection Plan for Maintenance of my Furnace,I just had the First Service visit from the Technician, he was very courteous, respectful and most helpful and Informative when I asked questions. he advised me that it was the Law to have Carbon Monoxide Detector in the Home (which fortunately I had but had difficulty undestanding how it worked) He also brought to my attention that my neighbours Air Condition unit was missing a Panel that exposed 240 Voltage of Wires which was extemely dangerous if Children or an adult were to touch the wires, I Notified my neighbour to this Hazard and she had it attended to. I appreciated the Technicians observation because I have 2 young grandchidren who are very curious and I cringe whenI think what could have happened should they have touched the Electric wires. Excellent Service by this Technician

I had concerns about the operation of my furnace. Service of my furnace is covered under a maintenance contract. Response was quick, comprehensive, effective and courteous. Everyone involved was very professional.

They replaced our furnace with a high efficiency one, an a/c and hot water tank 2 years ago. They suggested we vent out the side of the house for more efficiency. The heat exchanger failed in less than 2 years and they replaced it right away under warranty.

My furnace broke down the other night and I called for service. The serviceman showed up while i had just stepped out for a few mins. I spoke to him over the phone and told him i would be there within ten mins since I was so close by and he reluctantly agreed. After speaking to me from my house, he got in his truck and left for the night. I arrived within 7 mins and he was already gone. Apparently it was friday night, and his last job. What did he care. Hopefully, one day someone will be just as kind to him. Nevertheless, we had to get another service guy or else we would have frozen all night. I'm sure direct energy will have the bill in the mail for me.

They came in to install all mentioned products. They did so in a professional and curious manner. Very clean and quick. Taught us what they were doing as they went along. This helped us to feel more comfortable with them.very speedy to fix a problem we had as well. Overall we were very satisfied.

this is the first time in 15 years I have not used the company who installed my furnace

the Direct Energy representative did so much more in respect to a seasonal cleaning of the furnace
