Very high quality work from Ecofrog. So much so that I sprung for weekly cleaning from them. I very much look forward to coming home after they've visited, I feel like a Queen! :) The cleaning ladies are friendly, efficient, and do super detailed work. Their office staff are friendly, helpful, and prompt in answering inquiries. I am so very happy that I chose this company and to leave this well-deserved review.

I had to move out of my apartment quickly and didn't have time to clean after moving everything out. Ecofrogs did an awesome job deep cleaning the apartment. They got everything looking great from the stove to the floors and inside the laundry closet. My landlord even commented on how clean it is and I am looking forward to getting my full damage deposit back. Well worth the money for the time I saved and level of cleanliness they achieved. If I were staying in Calgary I would love to have them clean for me regularly.

Impressive and seamless customer service from start to finish. Cleaners arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently to my wife's high expectations. Particularly impressed with the level of cleanliness in the bathrooms. Hard water stains on glass shower door, faucet, and tracks was removed, something we have been struggling with for years. We recently moved here from Texas and badly needed a cleaner to get our new house in order before we moved everything in. My colleagues could tell me of lots of cleaners to avoid but not which ones were good. We took a leap of faith with this company because they had a convenient spot open and good prices plus the environmentally friendly bit doesn't hurt. They were 15 minutes late but called to let us know and very apologetic about it, not a problem. The most important thing is that they did a thorough job cleaning all the dust out of our new home so we could finally feel comfortable moving in. I was especially impressed with the work they did on the floors and baseboards. We have since hired them back one more time to clean after we moved in and they did a good thorough job that time too. Once we are fully settled we will hire them for biweekly or monthly cleaning. I would heartily recommend this company.

I have been through 5 cleaning companies in the last year (this being the fifth) and I believe this is the best one so far. I am disabled and unable to clean most areas of the house myself, and I like my home to be quite clean - which is a tough combination. Although there were quite a few issues with scheduling to begin with (reschedules and cancellations on the part of the company), they offered fair compensation for the issues and eventually we were able to get them in to clean our home. They arrived an hour early and did a decent job for a decent price when compared to other companies in the city that have either cleaned our home or offered us quotes. There were a few items missed (ie Some dusting and detail items) however the important things such as the vacuuming, the bathrooms and the kitchen were done quite well. I am a very detail oriented person and to be honest this was the best job we've had done on the house when everything is considered - other companies miss much, much more. We will definitely be using EcoFrog next month.

Amazing job and looking forward to having them again! I am very picky in regards to level of clean that I like and MANY previous cleaners that I have tried do not come anywhere near to the standards of Ecofrog. Pleased they respect the environment too! Many thanks!

I needed to hire a cleaning service and decided to book Ecofrog based on the reviews on homestars. I was extremely happy with the job that they did. We had just finished a kitchen reno which left the house dusty and in need of a good cleaning. They came in and cleaned from top to bottom.
