I have been through 5 cleaning companies in the last year (this being the fifth) and I believe this is the best one so far. I am disabled and unable to clean most areas of the house myself, and I like my home to be quite clean - which is a tough combination. Although there were quite a few issues with scheduling to begin with (reschedules and cancellations on the part of the company), they offered fair compensation for the issues and eventually we were able to get them in to clean our home. They arrived an hour early and did a decent job for a decent price when compared to other companies in the city that have either cleaned our home or offered us quotes. There were a few items missed (ie Some dusting and detail items) however the important things such as the vacuuming, the bathrooms and the kitchen were done quite well. I am a very detail oriented person and to be honest this was the best job we've had done on the house when everything is considered - other companies miss much, much more. We will definitely be using EcoFrog next month.
