our furniture was protected less than a year go with fiber shield while we were still living in Toronto but then we moved out of town. recently had a party and had several red wine, coffee and other stains. They came up to our cottage (2 hours drive from Toronto) and cleaned up all the stains. the technician was very friendly and helpful. took him nearly 4 hours to clean up the mess service was free and we paid only for travel charges since we no longer live in GTA. we have been using this company for many years. highly recommended.
