Thermo Cool Mechanical provided a quick response to my online request for a quote to provide a repair on the heat pump in my condo. When I decided to use their services the next day, they had availability that day to come service my heart pump. The technician diagnosed the problem, had the capability to fix it, and was in and out in an hour. The technician was professional and explained what was within and how to fix it. I will use Thermo Cool Mechanical again.
