I moved into a condo only to find that the heat pump was not working although we were told it was in working order when be bought it. They gave me a detailed report to go back to the previous owner to get compensation for the cost of a new heat pump.

No follow up in a week for replacement of my fan motor even though I asked 3 times. Another company fixed within 24 hours

I requested a morning appt which were able to accommodate by the 2 techs coming first call of their day.
Alex is both knowledgeable and competent. He has provided service to other units in the building. This makes me very comfortable that he could fix anything that needed to be done. He did an inspection of all components of my HVAC system and found them to be working well. He did a cleaning of the unit, and ensured that the filter was correctly installed. Georgij supported Alex and did a nice cleanup of the area before they left. Thanks, guys, great service - professional and friendly.

Above ceiling fan coil. Inspection and ordered new motor. Replaced by 2 technicians. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and arrived on time.

My heat pump was not heating, service came and unfortunately found the heat pump had to be replaced he put in a temporary heat pump whil I wait for a replacement.

Rita gave me a "morning" window. The service tech then called to give me an "hour" window, and was actually early. But he waited for me to get to my unit, and diagnosed the problem within 45 minutes.

Thermo installed a replacement air con system in the unit I bought 2 years before I bought it. Because they did not wrap the water pipes when first installed, condensation dripped onto my drywall ceiling causing mould. They did a great job wrapping the pipes after I cut access holes in the ceiling. I only wish they had worked with the previous owner to wrap the pipes in the first place.
