Window of service was a bit long...basically was told to be available all day and my appointment ended up being the last one for the day. Not ideal if you are on a schedule.
However, the service rep was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He did not do anything that was not needed and gave me some honest information about my unit to consider. Overall pleased with service, once they arrived.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand a 9-5 time frame is not ideal. However, should you call the morning of your schedule appointment our dispatcher can let you know more or less what time of the day we are expected to arrive. Also, we will provided you one hour notice call prior to our arrival.
