I called Lee Castle plumbing to replace a pump in the grey water tank. They did but realized the wiring from my house to the tank needed to be replaced. They plugged the new pump into my husbands garage and asked me to dig up the conduit. I did that an hour after they left. Called the company and was told someone would be out the next day. They didnt come. They come the next day. I called asked when they would come, I was told I would be called Monday or Tuesday of the next week with a time. I received no call. When I called this week, they receptionist told me she was on vacation last week. Im disappointed that someone wasnt covering for her or that Steve or Kyle (the guys who came out) would have cared enough to follow up or inquire since my tank kid couldnt even be screwed on because wires were coming out. I asked to speak with owner and didnt feel satisfied. He didnt seem to care that I was overlooked or that his receptionists response didnt seem appropriate. I paid $1500 immediately like a good customer should and had faith that they would come back to finish the job. I shouldnt have had to call so much and get them to come back. Very disappointed with my dealings with this company.

We had a Lee Castle crew replace our hot water heater. Within 24 hours of this installation we had 4 fire trucks at our house due to an electrical fire caused by arcing at the hot water heater disconnect. The fire report and subsequent electrician's diagnosis both indicated the cause was a mistake during hot water heater installation. While the damage could've been much worse, we were content to allow Lee Castle the opportunity to 'make it right' and cover the electrician repair (~$200). Instead of taking accountability, Lee Castle himself claimed the issue was caused by 'an act of god' and after telling us to 'send him the receipt' chose not to cover the electrical repair. It's an unfortunate situation and a shameful response from this business and it's namesake owner. Would not recommend.

I was quoted $649 for a well pump and charged $745. Was told prices changed 2 months earlier and their employee who does quotes didn't know. Receptionist was unhelpful and rude.

Lee Castle Plumbing in not ethical. I agree with the other posts he can be aggressive. His employees do great work but the owner himself is not of good character. If you get a price make sure you get it in writing. He does not walk the talk.

I hired Lee Castle to Install a heat pump system that never worked and doesn't stand behind work to fix it. Lee has very aggressive and rude attitude as well. Don't choosing this company!

this company did very good work. They came in on a long weekend and repaired our plumbing back -up and moved our washer to a new location. They gave us an estimate before beginning and stuck to the budget. Previous to this they repaired our in-well water pump. We were very satisfied with his work.
