We are on the monthly service plan with Ultramar home heating. We recently woke up to no hot water and called them. The service guy was responded quickly to our call and fixed the problem. unfortunately for us something was also wrong that was very hard to detect. After another call the furnace pump was replaced an the problem was corrected. We have the monthly service plan which saved us a lot of money for these calls. The tech was very knowledgable and informed us on everything that happened. Great service!
