Leaky sink repair was not done properly. I have been trying for the last 8 days to email and I was charged on invoice $225 for what the plumber who did the service told me was a 1hr and 10 min repair. Additionally, I was charged $90 for parts (same parts at home depot were $40).
The invoice I received was for $355.95 but my CC was charged $453
Since May 3 I have emailed the office 3 times and called 2x times looking for my sink to be fixed properly and to address my being overcharged.
I have asked to speak to the person who owns the business but was denied the information.
Martin, who answers the phone is rude, impatient and does a lot of push back.
I have had a terrible customer service experience with "Plumber on Demand"
