Plumbing review in

The job was done to my satisfactory,
I was told I could pay with credit card.
So I did and signed for $271. for a half hour work.
When I asked for a receipt I was told this would come by internet later. When it did come it showed $294.72.
What they did was added 23.32 for a mobile charge.
This was done without my knowledge.
Won't be able to trust them anymore...
