Nathan and Green Choice heating and cooling is an amazing company. When my son was diagnosed with an ultra rare disease he donated an air conditioner for our raffle. I reached out to Nathan a month ago to help install a gas line for a pool to help my son keep up his therapy during Covid. Not only did Nathan come over right away but he donated his time and the material. Nathan and his company are amazing and truly care about the community. Thank you Nathan we are truly grateful!

Before Covid Nathan came out to give us a quote and to recommend a tankless water heater for us. I coordinated with him by text and we scheduled the installation for yesterday at 8:30am (as things have started to reopen). He and his guy showed up right on time. My husband, daughter and I primarily stayed in the backyard building our new play structure and they went in and out the back door since it was the closest to the basement. His guys were done by 12pm, they brought up the old water heater (we bought ours out years ago so it didn't need to be returned to Enercare) and his guys got their scrap guy to come pick it up. They cleaned up after themselves (except for wiping the floors in the kitchen) but based on the current situation I wanted to do it myself anyway). It was a great interaction and I highly recommend their services. The installation is super clean.

Nathan and the Green choice team were very professional and prompt. They arrived when they said they would and fixed my furnace (blocked drainage pipe issue) in short order. During the pandemic his crew arrived at my back door and wore a mask/gloves and we’re very careful in minimizing contact. Many thanks !!

I phoned Green Choice on Friday morning of Easter weekend during the Coronavirus Lockdown. I spoke with Nathan. He said he would have someone over to our house by noon; he was also clear that parts suppliers were closed for Easter. Jackson came on time wearing a face mask and gloves. It was a problem on our part. Jackson didn’t charge us for the visit. Thank you for coming over so promptly.

We’ve found a new HVAC company. My son recommended them when they fixed his furnace this winter. And now so do I: highly recommended.

Returned home from Christmas holidays to a dead furnace. My "protection plan" technician told us that we needed a new furnace and their sales person gave us several options and prices. Of course I needed to compare, and was recommended "Green Choice Heating and Cooling" by many of my neighbours. Despite being New Year's eve, they returned my call immediately and spent many minutes on the phone explaining my options. They even sent over a worker who was in the vicinity to take a look. Green Choice's quote was approx. $2,000 lower for a comparable furnace. They arrived on time, installed with no surprises and left no mess ! They even replaced the air filter box at no extra cost ! Thanks to Green Choice 2020 started on a warm note.

My furnace just quit working last Sunday night. A text to Nathan and he was giving suggestion on things to check. Sent Jody over first thing Monday morning. Had heat again by 10:30am. Haven't dealt with Green Choice in 5 years because we never had any HVAC issues since they installed our furnace. Quick response time. Very reasonable pricing.

Received a number of quotes for a new furnace and tankless water heater and went with Green Choice based on meeting with Nathan and comparing services and proposed changes. Went with a Rheem furnace and a Navien tankless. The team arrived on time, were courteous and given it was a very rainy day they took their shoes off and on repeatedly as they had to go in and out.

We thought we had a problem with the drain in the Navien and someone was out within 30 minutes on a Sunday to check everything out.

Would not hesitate to recommend Nathan and the team based on the high level of service we received and will have them come out and service the two units as needed.

I got a few quotes from popular contractors in the area to install a Ductless A/C system to cool our main floor and upstairs. The quotes were comparable, but Green Choice offered, what I felt was a superior solution to the problem. The solution was to put in an attic unit with vents to all bedrooms, which was perhaps ignored by the other contractors as it was more more complex and laborious. The original solution did not perform quite as we had hoped (as Nathan probably erred on the side of not wanting to over-compensate our cooling system), but Green choice stuck by us to remedy the situation and ensure we were completely satisfied with the end result. Highly recommended!

Nathan was very knowledgeable and had all the tools to replace my 30 year old gas stove and connect a new stove to the gas line.

He was careful and efficient:
- he did a bubble test to ensure the connection was not leaking gas, as well as re-lighting the hot water boiler pilot.
- work was completed in half hour

Will definitely use him again when time comes to service the furnace.

Nathan and his crew from green choice heating and cooling installed a ductless Mitsubishi ac system here at my place in East York first week of June and it is awesome!! freezing cold air!
