Super happy with Green Choices, Heating and Cooling. Nathan and his crew did an outstanding job surpassing my high expectations. They really care about doing an honest day's work. Truly exceptional workmanship. (They installed central air in my Leslieville home.)

We needed an air conditioner installed after suffering through 2018’s many summer heat waves. Nathan came to see our house and space we wanted to install the air conditioner. He was able to recommend a very, very energy efficient solution that was new tech in the Canadian market and efficiency was a top consideration for us. When we realized that the place we wanted to install might block a window view, his team worked with us to suggest some alternative places. When they realized that wiring to our thermostat was not set up for both heating and cooling, they were able to make a recommendation for an upgraded thermostat that wouldn’t require new wiring (nor resulting holes in drywall or flooring). And they came back to install the thermostat when it arrived at no extra charge.

On top of all that, Nathan and his team are really friendly guys.

I am grateful to Nathan and his fantastic team for making room for us in their busy schedule so that we could have heat and water again. They did a wonderful job replacing the old furnace and water tank and went above and beyond to make improvements to the previous set-up so that we would get the most efficient air flow in our old home.

The quote for the replacement was more than reasonable and included a new thermostat and 10 year warranty for parts and labour.

Nathan and his team at Green Choice have come to my rescue on more than one occasion over the past few years. No matter what the issue, Nathan is professional and courteous and above all, competent! I feel that Nathan has always given fair quotes for all services provided and there has never been any surprises with costs.

We have used Nathan his company Green Choice four times since we bought our house. He has provided us with same or next day service in "emergency" situations three of the four times (a gas leak, a broken furnace at -30 degrees, and a broken hot water heater). Nathan is a knowledgable and skilled technician, as are his employees. His recommendations (eg., replacement vs. repair) are on point, reasonable, and clearly not based on trying to up-sell. Finally he is trustworthy and he has always offered us the lowest price of his competitors. We would (and have) strongly recommend Green Choice to our neighbours.

We were very happy with the service and value for money we received from Green Choice. They replied promptly to my voicemail and were able to come quickly to look at the problems we were having with no hot water (and hence no heat as we have radiators). Though Jackson was not familiar with our unit I gave him the manual and it didn't take him long to figure out what the issue was. We needed a new part and then when he was installing it he found that there was another underlying problem that had caused that part to break. So he had to make two trips to Etobicoke for parts - under those circumstances the cost was super reasonable (we are in the Beaches). He was also thorough in looking at the whole system and recommending what maintenance we could undertake in the future to lessen issues.
