Our A-frame home’s south exposure is almost entirely windows, so we were looking for the highest efficiency. Our search led us to Rehau.
I am a trades person and was sold once I had a close look at the operating hardware, fit & finish of Rehau products.

Jacewicz European Windows was a pleasure to partner with for our new home. They took our business seriously, were very responsive and accommodating...working with us through our unique situations and providing a quality product which we couldn’t purchase locally. They’re experienced recommendations resulted in a home better than we had anticipated. They assisted in making our build smooth & enjoyable. We received good value for our money and now have high quality windows-doors for a lifetime.

Attention to detail

Chris didn't do my windows, but he did do painting and woodwork finishing. We were impressed with the quality of his work and the attention to detail. Very careful work and good advice on paint options and finishing. Amazing clear finishes on wooden doors and trim. Paint edging was laser straight. He clearly does live and work in Calgary by the way and takes a lot of pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Chris (owner/manager) promised a lot as a salesman. He failed to deliver on many of those. Charged us for things he forgot. Threatened us. Ignored obvious defects for months. And now it appears his company has abandoned Calgary so he cannot follow-up on any service/warranty items. Windows fabricated by Euroline are good. This company is terrible.

Company Response: Im sorry I do not not recall your name, or ever doing business with somebody who had problems as you are describing. We are and have been in Calgary for the past 8 years and we do service calls for our clients all the time. I do not threaten my clients as we all know that is not how to do business in Canada. I would guess that this is obviously a representative from competition trying to steer potential customers away from me and towards them which shows their business ethic. Very dissapointing, if you have legitamite concerns please state them specifically include your name and contact information so that we can verify that you are an actual customer and we will be more then happy to assist you.

We had Jacewicz European Windows Inc replace 6 windows in our 30 year old home. Everything from the quote process to the installation was flawless. They showed up on time every time and they worked fast, which was appreciated since it was -30 out! My wife, who wasn't home during install, commented she wouldn't even have known they were there the place was so clean afterwards. They charged exactly what they quoted and the windows looks amazing! I will definitely be calling them when we replace the remaining windows! Thanks Jacewicz European Windows Inc
