I have purchased from their online store before. They kept my credit card on file for a long time, even after it had expired. They continue to charge on my expired credit card in March 2023 and then in July 2023, for a service call I did not request for nor did I receive work for. A tech just showed up in my backyard without ringing our doorbell unannounced. I asked him to leave and he charged on my card on file that I used online a long time ago. They've done this before and promised to remove my card on file which they haven't. This company and its practices is a joke. Fraudulent if you asked me. Stay away from their marketing sales ads. That's probably the only thing they're truly good at. STAY AWAY!

If you buy from their online store, they will keep it on file and charge you for work you never asked for. Even months after they promised to remove you card because they have done it to you before by accident. What an unethical company.

Purchased a j480 2015 ....had control panel replaced once under warranty...needs replacement again and they don’t make the part anymore...now apparently need a new spa pac costing around $3000...not impressed....obviously a defective design

Bought the hot tub from Michael. Very professional and very helpful. Will set you up for a wet test, where you can try the tubs out, in the store before buying. Will take care of the install, gave a great referal for an electrician who was also great. Overall, great products, Jacuzzi are the best on the market, and great service
