We were removing 3 interior walls and we're not exactly sure how the roof was being held up. We called Robert, and after a short meeting, he set to work. He figured out all the loading, and advised us on the required beams and pillars to support the walls, then provided us with required prints to obtain a building permit from the town. All was done in a very timely manner, and Robert was very easy to work with. Super happy with the results. Thanks Robert!

I called Lakeland to come to a clients house to see if I could move a wall in the kitchen a few feet and remove a floor to ceiling brick fireplace in the F/R. Robert arrived and was a pleasure to deal with. He was very informative and took the time to explain things. He was honest and pricing was very reasonable. Robert then followed up as promised a few days later to make sure I got all the information I needed. As an Interior Designer I would highly recommend Lakeland Engineering and working with Robert!!!
