Intricate Roofing & Contracting

I had Intricate Roofing install a roof vent for a kitchen exhaust. Ivan was quick, efficient and followed up with me to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. He is a real pro. I’ll be using him for future projects.

Three weeks ago, I required a diagnostic for a roof/window leak at my commercial rental property which is open six days/evenings a week. Ivan accommodated by coming by when the business was closed to do the diagnostic, determine the solution and provided an estimate. Turns out the solution was a quick fix and the estimate was very reasonable only requiring about an hour work.
Notwithstanding, the fact that this was very small job, Ivan promised he would work around his busy schedule, mine and the weather to get this done for me as soon as possible.
Showed up again a week later after a long day at another job to fix the leak (all is good now).
Young, energetic, knowledgeable, dependable, personable and professional. I would definitely use his services again and recommend them to others.

Ivan is the owner and he is a roofer. He knows the job in and out.
I don't need to tell him what to do. He did a complete Inspection of my roof and repaired/replaced shingles wherever it was required.
The charges were very reasonable.
I am planning to get the whole roof replaced through him.

Ivan was the first to respond to my request on Homestars and I couldn't be more glad. He discussed what was needed, proposed different solutions that we could choose from, and did an excellent job. On his recommendation, we replaced our broken roof heating cable with a more industrial grade cable that covered more of the roof surface. While this cable was more expensive, it will better meet our needs in the long term. Ivan always communicated with us promptly and was very open and helpful. He did the work very quickly and his prices were very reasonable. I would fully recommend Ivan and Intricate Roofing.

Ivan from Intricate was the first to respond from all the companies I contacted for quotes. He was able to come take a look at the roof and provide a quote the same night I started looking for companies. I spent the next week talking with quoters from the companies I did not choose. I chose Intricate because Ivan sounded knowledgable, enthusiastic, and invested in his company. We discussed and agreed upon the details of the job and I provided a deposit. A couple days later he had the materials ordered from a local supplier where I was to make the purchase. Another couple days after that the materials were craned onto our roof with Ivan's help. Another couple days later he began work! The two person team was able to remove old shingles then install new decking, drip edges, maxi vents, underlayment, water shield, ice shield, and shingles on the ~1850ft² roof in 2 days. During the installation, Ivan kept us up to date with plenty of photos. They're a no fuss, get the job done right type of company. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The owner Ivan noticed that there were some missing roof shingles and promptly called me to ask if I'd like them repaired. I watched him do the work and he was professional and thorough, even looking at the entire roof to see if other spots were affected.

Noticed I was missing some shingles after a wind storm. After reading reviews I contacted Ivan. He was able to do the repair same day! Good price and excellent work. Highly recommend.
