I had few shingles missing from my roof. I called Iven and he was so professional as a contractor. he gave me an estimate which was cheaper than the other one. Also, he is well equipped and shows up on time. I will defiantly call him again if I have other issues in the future.

I meat Ivan a few years ago when i was looking to get my roof re-done. After getting a few quotes and meeting a few contractors i was pleased with Ivan's price and knowledge of the matter. Ivan showed up right as scheduled and i was instantly comfortable when i saw his set up. he also finished my roof in a timely fashion. One thing that was apparent when he started was the pride he took in his work. I was most impressed with his knowledge and ability to answer all my questions and concerns. He was able to point out a few flaws to prevent future problems that i'm sure most people would have skipped right over. his attention to detail is spectacular, and it shows in his work. I was also very impressed with how well the clean up was after, you wouldn't even know he was there.
He coordinated the job smoothly and took a lot of stress off me by handling all aspects of the job.
I own a few property's and since then i have had Ivan complete all roof projects for me and i have yet to be disappointed.
I highly recommend Ivan to anyone in the Ottawa area in need of a trustworthy contractor!

Ivan installed a vent and sealed the skylight. He was on-time, completed the work quickly and efficiently and for a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the result. We've already agreed about some more work for spring.

Yvan must be the fastest worker I've ever met! A few years ago, I forgot to have the gutters cleaned, and they were announcing the first snow fall that late evening! I called Yvan right away, and he was over with his gear an hour later. And this was on a Week-end, at supper time... I've been dealing with Ivan for about 5 years now, and have always been happy with his work.

We met after a windstorm where I had leaks from one end of the house to the other. Since we are neighbor's I knew Ivan was a roofer , my first and obvious choice was to ask him for a price and as it turned out a great deal of work led from there including repairing the roof at a fair price and did a great job! Subsequently he installed new eavestroughs and resided my garage and front dormer. Since I'm in a wheelchair he built me wheelchair ramps front and back including safety rubber mats and even built me a draw bridge allowing me to get to my studio in the back, he put an oak floor in my studio and ceramic tile in my kitchen, laundry room and front entrance. he called in a professional arborist to trim and remove unsafe trees and also releveled and reseeded my front lawn. Lastly he helped me install a 4 camera home security system, I found him honest, innovated, resourceful, and energetic. I would Highly Recommend him.
