Ivan was the first to respond to my request on Homestars and I couldn't be more glad. He discussed what was needed, proposed different solutions that we could choose from, and did an excellent job. On his recommendation, we replaced our broken roof heating cable with a more industrial grade cable that covered more of the roof surface. While this cable was more expensive, it will better meet our needs in the long term. Ivan always communicated with us promptly and was very open and helpful.
