We hired Rob's Quality Construction to finish the basement and update the staircase in a home we were moving into in Burlington. This was the first major home renovation project like this we had ever undertaken so we began with many unknowns and lots of questions. Suffice to say the best decision we made in this whole undertaking - and there were lots of decisions to make - was to choose Rob's Quality Construction for the work to be done! We came to appreciate that Rob and those who work with him - his own team and the trades he utilizes - are exceptionally good at what they do and the end result bears that out, as does the experience of working a project with them.

Rob and his team were excellent to work with in all aspects of the renovation. From initial planning to the final finishing we were kept engaged and well-informed on what was happening and when. Whether it was Rob or one of his team they took the time to deal with the unknowns and our questions and we were made to feel our needs and expectations were top of mind with everyone who came onsite. There were times when our lack of experience meant requests for changes to achieve what we wanted came up last minute. They were more than willing to hear us out and to accommodate if there was a solution to be found. There was also times when we were told what we was asked for was not doable and it was done respectfully with an explanation as to why. You knew they were here to do more than just satisfy expectations and were individuals deserving of our complete confidence whatever their trade, task or work they were onsite to do. Add to all that, they were a great group to work with.

The quality of the work completed is very high, as you would expect from professionals/expert craftsmen. We could not be more pleased with the updated staircase and our finished basement and are enjoying what is now a premier living space in our new home. Rob and the team who did the work deserve a huge thank-you! We have no hesitation in recommending Rob's Quality Construction based on our experience.
