Had 2 bathrooms fully renovated and couldnt be happier with the result. Rob has a great crew that do excellent work, were always courteous, and communicated well so we always felt well informed on timing and next steps. Not the cheapest price but we thought fairly priced given the quality of work.

Highly recommend and well definitely use them again.

Rob and his team (Kyle, Guy, everyone) are true professionals and produce quality work and craftmanship. Our project involved a full top-to-bottom renovation, with a lot of moving parts and details to take into consideration. Robs team tackled everything in stride and made any adjustments along the way that we required. On top of quality work, theyre a great bunch of people who we trust.

After having quotes and meeting a few contractors, we decided to pursue our basement renovations with Rob's Quality Construction Corporation Inc. Why? He was very knowledgeable, provided recommendations and was very thorough from beginning to end. His Team was very polite, and did fantastic work with even the minor details. Rob also referred other business partners for some additional work we wanted to complete, and that Team's work was as great. Rob answered any questions we had, made regular visits to ensure the work was coming along and would be finished on time. Rob wanted to make sure we were satisfied, which we were and would highly recommend him.

Rob, Kyle and the whole team were fantastic! The team were so polite and great work done by all. The renovation went very smoothly, we are very pleased.

We chose Robert and his company to do our basement based on their outstanding reviews (not just the number of stars but we actually took time and read many reviews). After that we had very high expectations and we are happy to say that Robert and his crew met our expectations and in many cases exceeded our expectations!
They were all very professional, courteous, and their work was excellent.
Every time they came to our home we felt like friends or extended family was coming; they were always very mindful, respectful and always made sure they left the house in a perfect state.
We could not say enough good things about Robert, who was always quick to respond to our countless questions, who recommended solutions to problems we did not even know we had (for example, few cracks in the foundation), who was always patient and calm but always very, very effective.

Robs Quality Construction lives up to its name! Hiring Rob & his team was hands down one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Thanks to RQC, my newly finished basement in my humble little semi-raised bungalow looks amazing and is now both PROPERLY functional and built to last! Top notch workmanship and excellent service from start to finish. All completed with integrity, honesty and genuine consideration for customer peace of mind. My home may be modest but the renovation was very involved. Beginning with the demolition of the previously finished basement (I use the quotations on previously finished" basement VERY loosely), extensive work on HVAC system, upgrading of the entire plumbing and electrical systems for both basement AND main floor, new electrical panel, improving the stairs, an insulated music room etc.

Sussing out a contractor can be a daunting task and there are many so called experts out there who are all talk but have very little to show in terms of reputable work, substance, good manners overall integrity. I can say without a doubt, Rob & his team embody all of said top qualities and attributes at the highest level. I had done a lot of research about the build I was looking for as well as extensive (and borderline forensic) research on construction companies & contractors. I had a few come by the house for consultations. Some companies were not very responsive, some of them full of salesman talk but very little substance in terms of information. Some of them didnt even bother to come out as it wasnt even worth it to them since my home is a bungalow and not a teardown or mega home re-build. Most of the companies I reached out to sent a worker or consultant (some as much as two-three weeks after I reached out) and offered very little information or time during their visits. When I reached out to Rob, I heard directly from him the same day and he even offered to personally come see the site for a personal consultation. From the very first site visit, Rob was attentive, thoughtful and considerate of all of my questions (and I had MANY questions with a lot of follow-up emails to said questions) and he willingly gave me a lot of his time and insight; all before I even signed a contract. I knew as soon as I got talking to him during his consultation visit that Robs Quality Construction was going to be the right choice for me. RQC did not disappoint!

Throughout the entire process, I enjoyed peace of mind and never felt a moment of doubt in Rob or his companys abilities. There were a couple of unforeseen surprises (as is often the case throughout a renovation) and everything was handled with first class professionalism. Any concerns or curiosities were addressed and dealt with promptly and considerately. In addition to Robs great work, he is an extremely thoughtful, patient and considerate person as are the people he enlists to oversee/work on the project. His project manager Kyle was absolutely outstanding! Whenever I had a question for Kyle (I had many), everything was articulated, outlined and explained with patience and great consideration. I even learned a lot from them about the finer details of construction (which they always took the time to explain to me in person). All that was promised and outlined from the get go was completed and on budget. All of Robs trades people were excellent. There were never any grey areas when dealing with Rob directly. He stands behind all of his work, materials, trades people and most importantly, his word.

Furthermore, all workers and trades people were prompt, polite and VERY tidy! For the amount of invasive work that was done over such an extended period of time, I actually couldnt believe how clean and tidy everything was on a daily basis. All work was completed during the work week 8am-5pm. There were plenty of in person follow-ups/site visits from Kyle as well as visits from Rob to ensure that the construction was up to standards and that the project was on schedule.

Those who know me know that I have high standards. For those looking to get an involved renovation done to their home, there are understandably high expectations. All of my expectations were met thanks to RQC and never once, did any of said expectations ever feel like a burden or on the verge of compromise. In fact, for the limitations of my humble home, Im amazed at how much more Ive been able to get out of the space! The new space feels modern, well built and because of the great work done by Rob & his team, Im even more thrilled that I decided to renovate instead of expand (and increase my square footage thereby upping my taxes). I will definitely be calling Robs Quality Construction when I (soon) plan to work on the next phase of my home (the main level)!

Im a new home owner and by no means do I have the mega bucks for a monster home makeover. However, the quality of work I received from RQC exceeds the amount I paid for which feels like a rarity in this day and age.

Rob and his construction crew did amazing work. Rob himself was amazing with communication and was quick to take action when we started our project. He took care of getting permits and lining everything up. The project stayed on time and was even a week earlier than anticipated. He kept us in the loop when things were happening and provided us a variety of different options with various price points. Attention to detail and cleanliness was top notch. I would recommend Rob and his team to anyone.

Rob and his crew recently completed a renovation for us, including a bathroom, stairs, hardwood, painting and more. My husband works in the trades (he designed, built and installed all cabinetry for the project) so our expectations were high and we took a lot of time choosing a contractor. Rob was absolutely the right choice. The work was completed on time, on budget and our new spaces look great.

Special recognition to project manager Kyle, Paul (did a great job on our crown molding) and Guy. We have 4 cats and their safety during the renovation was our #1 priority. Guy went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe for the cats and was so respectful of our home, making sure the job site was clean before leaving each day. Rob was always quick to respond to texts or e-mails and any issues encountered were minor and were dealt with quickly and to our full satisfaction. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Rob and would absolutely use him again for future projects.

If you are considering hiring Robert as your general contractor, do it! Rob and his team recently renovated our ensuite bathroom and did a beautiful job and we will not hesitate to bring them back for future renovations. Rob is honest, patient, knowledgeable and calm. I can say the same for his whole team. They are a great group of people. He also has great industry contacts who can be trusted to provide the same high level of service and attention to detail. Anna worked closely with Rob to bring our bathroom vision to reality. This kind of relationship is invaluable and definitely minimized the stress! Peter and Guy took extra care to protect my floors and walls and always stayed at the end of the day to clean up, no matter how long the day was for them. Rob's whole team is professional, respectful and hardworking. Communication was always exceptional. I appreciated that Rob or Kyle, his fantastic project manager, would let me know who was arriving each day and kept me apprised of any schedule changes. Both Rob and Kyle responded to questions via email, text or phone call promptly and site visits were frequent and regular throughout the entire renovation. My beautiful new bathroom with the finest craftsmanship and attention to detail is evidence that we made the right choice in hiring Rob. We look forward to working with Robs Quality Construction in the future.

We were impressed with, and how, Rob and his crew went about completing our reno. They started when they said they would start, cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day, and finished their work to a high standard. When they ran into a problem (caused by another contractor, but that is another long story) they just carried on and fixed it.

Rob and his crew were all personable and were quite willing to talk about the pros and cons of various options and fixes. We felt quite confident that whatever issue came up it would be dealt with quickly and professionally.
