Just had my patio doors installed by Big City Windows and Doors. What a great company. The service was spot on from the quote right through to the completion of the work. The quality of the product was so well made. Project stayed on budget and on time like promised. The house looks amazing with our new patio door, defiantly reccomend them anyone in ottawa and sorrounding area.

After doing my research, I decided to go with Big City. I had my doubts at first, considering that they are new to the Ottawa area- but those doubts were put to rest as soon as they arrived at my house. They arrived on time and the staff were extremely professional and finished well within the time they had told me. The products they offer are some of the best quality I have seen with some of the best prices I have seen! I will be buying from them again and will be recommending them to friends and family!

I had a few windows replaced in Sept. Very happy with the service, very professional . Finished the job on time and cleaned up everything. I have recommended Big City to friends. I will be replacing more windows with Big City in the future.

I know the company is new to homestar but we took the chance and I can proudly say very happy that we did, we had 6 windows and a garden door done by Big City Windows and doors. One of those windows was a large bay window.
Two weeks ago we had the last the 4 windows done. The first time we looked around for windows we got estimates from 5 different companies. Vladimir was the only one who did not pressure us, he answered all our questions and taught us about the product. He was very professional, but there was no pressure. Andrey and his crew were terrific. They did a wonderful job on our cottage. The job was left spotless! My windows and my garden door couldn't have been done better then they are now!
