Really great service! Alex is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what is the problem, all the options, and then expertly continue to clean the drain.
He came after hours, and there was no extra Emergency fee.
Another thing that I liked was that Elizabeth (who answered the phone) was friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service!
I hopefully will not need a plumber soon again, but if I do I will immediately call Alex at Mr Rooter.
