Chris Paperopoulos, the business owner and gentleman who did the work is one of those rare individuals who cares deeply about the quality of his work and providing excellent service. Because rain was in the forecast he and a colleague came on a Sunday to do the work. The quality of work was excellent and they were extremely neat.

Chris was completely true to his word. He came when he said he would come, matched the colour of the mortar perfectly, and even helped us to get better service from others who were also doing work on the house.

We would highly recommend Chris and Avenue Road Masonry.

Chimney Rebuild and brick replacement

After receiving 3 quotes for this project I contracted with Avenue Road Masonry to have my 100 year old chimney rebuilt plus some brick replacement. Chris was always on time; he presented and explained the work to be done, the risks, the costs, the options and the added costs (for hydro wires to be covered) involved. The Avenue Road quote was much less than the other two I received and Chris spent more time with me to ensure I understood everything. His team was efficient, always cleaned up as they went and did the job within the scheduled time frame. I was impressed with their professionalism and work ethics and would certainly use them again for other masonry and roofing needs.
