Chris took the time to come out and speak to me in person about the work explaining what needed to be done and educating me on the type of brick and mortar used in my old home ( built in 1908) . His team ( Sean and Tristan) are skilled at their craft and did a great job blending the tuck-pointing and brick replacement in with the existing brick. Very personable group of guys who want you to be happy at the end of the job. Great experience

I was unhappy several quotes and the conflicting advice that we were receiving regarding the replace of a retaining wall in our backyard. I decided to contact Chris since he had very good reviews and I was not disapointed. His price was very competetive and he provided a clear assessment of the situaton. The workers were always on time, skilled and very productive as well as clean. The wall is very strong and solved our backyard problems and we are extremely happy and would not hesitate to recommend Avenu Road Masonry again.

We recently had 2 chimneys rebuilt by Avenue Road Masonry. Chris arrived quickly to give us a quote and then the work was completed in a timely manner by his very hard working staff. There were several days with some rain which delayed the work, but they stayed very late to finish the job and to ensure that the scaffolding could be removed prior to a weekend. The chimneys look great and we are very pleased with the service we received from Avenue Road Masonry. They even did a little extra repair for us that was not quoted on the work order!

Chris and his team at Avenue Rd. Masonry did an excellent job replacing our 100 ft. retaining wall between two properties. They started on time, worked everyday including weekends. The Team went above and beyond the agreed work scope and were always very professional. The crew are very skilled hard working and polite. They cleaned up the site every night before they left and communicated the process and the status of the job every day. The wall looks fantastic- solid and strong. They even added another row of blocks at no charge as they felt it would look better. I would truly recommend Chris and his team for a retaining wall. Every year we had issues with our flagstone steps and the small repairs just weren't holding up year after year. We spoke with a few different companies and Chris and the crew were fantastic. Their approach was different from others we spoke with and the price was very reasonable. I recommend Avenue Road Masonry for all your masonry work and suspect that I have found myself a new roofing company as well. The workmanship was great, the steps look new again.
