Jason was very helpful and efficient with installing our hot water tank. He was very informative as well, he helped answered all the questions I had for him. Everything from making the call to installing the tank, it was very easy and effortless on my end!

Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable. My hot water tank broke down. Need a plumber sent Robert the thecnician whiting a half an hour. He explained all our options and fixed the issue efficiently.

Called for an emergency repair, service rep was not friendly, technician came after the arranged appt window, and after he left we discovered that the repair was not done to code. Had to call for a re-do, again service rep was not friendly but arranged for a technician to come that evening, specifically asked for a different technician. Same technician showed up, again after set appt window. Argued with him for 10min that repair was not to code, had to threaten to call manager before he finally redid the repair which only took him 5min. Very displeased with the whole experience.

Call for service was placed in the afternoon and the plumber arrived in a short time later. Problem with water heater was diagnosed very quickly and an option was provided to try to fix the existing heater or replace it entirely. Since the unit was already 9 years old, it was an easy decision to go with the replacement option. At the same time the plumber inspected the main water turnoff valve and noted the age of the valve (house built in 1977) meant that it should probably be replaced to prevent future problems from occurring. Well please with Colton's services!
