At first, we were really happy with our quote and with Sean in particular. He was friendly and took a personal interest in our move. However, this changed when things took a turn for the worse. A fairly valuable framed piece of art was shattered by the movers. They apologized right away and told us they would report it to Sean. They never did. We were left to follow up on the matter several times. Sean agreed (on email) to issue a cheque for the damage but it never came, despite repeated emails telling us it was coming. Worse than this, almost new all-season tires "disappeared" during the storage portion of the move. The ones delivered to my new house were not the same ones picked up from my old house. The "replacements" were from a dump. This move cost me a lot more than the original quote.
I've read Sean's response and I'm sorry we've come to odds. It was a very fair quote and the movers were very friendly, but the lithograph was shattered and the promised cheque never arrived after 8 weeks, so rescinding it is somewhat redundant. I do believe that the warehouse is secure and always suspected the tires were "lost" in the transit portion. Sean really did seem to want to make the situation better so I was surprised that the offer for compensation turned out to be untrue.

This review is grossly innacurate and this client never purchased any insurance and only reported the tire incident more than a month after the move and they had requested to our team to leave the tires in their backyard as their home was under renovation at the time of their move-in and was extremely cluttered and had no room for tires. this location does not have a garage.
Our state of the art warehouse is a fully HD secure camera operation that reported no such activity with regards to any wrong doing regarding the storage portion of their move.
As far as the poorly framed artwork they are speaking of was in fact damaged mistakenly and despite the client not wishing to purchase any insurance, I as a good will gesture offered to pay for the print that was damaged in the amount of $345.00 dollars which they say it was worth. I will recind my offer as a result of their fabrication regarding the tires
In closing this is our first negative review in over 900 relocation moves that we have completed.
while we do our best to satisfy all customers, things can and will unfortunately happen much to any moving company's regret.
In my own personal moves over the years I don't think I have ever had a move where something didn't get broken or scratched by accident whether I moved myself or hired another company before I was ever involved in this industry.
