I reached out to Greg to inquire about replacing our water heater. Never even had a tankless one in mind. He made some incredible points and we decided to go tankless.
Greg, his brother Jeremy & their dad Gary came the following business day and installed it for us. Their work was incredible. They placed drop cloths down to protect my floors. They worked very efficiently and explained the new equipment to us. Were very happy with the installation and with their work. I highly recommend this trio for any heating and AC work.

Gary installed an ERV system, serviced my tankless hot water heater, installed a whole-home humidifier, and serviced my HVAC.

He came along with an associate, and his son arrived shortly afterwards. Before beginning work in the basement, they laid down a protective mat from the entrance, down along the stairs, and into the basement - really appreciated this.

They got to work on the tankless system first. Although I have a water softener system, Gary advised that it's still important to service the tankless system to remove debris and scale. While servicing the unit, he showed me the debris build-up in the air intake, and the metal bits that came out upon flushing the system. I notice that the hot water is more consistent now (It's been ~4 years since I installed the system).

While this was being done, another team mate cleaned out the HVAC. Admittedly, it's been a long time since I serviced it, and it showed. There was ash accumulation in the upper part of the furnace, and the metal fins of the drum was caked in dust. They removed the fan completely to clean out all the dust.

The ERV system naturally took the longest to install. Hole were drilled from the outside, and Gary was mindful of local code. He sealed up the holes well, mounted the ERV and wired up the unit with my Ecobee thermostat. Everything is working without a hitch.

After taking care of everything, they cleaned up the work space well. All of this work was completed within a day. I'm very happy with their work and have no reservations with hiring Gary and his team again.

Gary is a straight up professional and honest person he doesnt sugarcoat anything he tells you like it is and even shows you and has no hidden agendas. I had two ACs that went in less than 10 years that were under warranty from another company who kept the same phone number and added the word FINANCIAL to their name to void the warrantys for the air conditioning and furnace. I called Gary to replace my AC in July got me registered with extended warranty showed me my furnace had a minor problem that could become major soon and I just had him replace My furnace too at the end of September. Old AC stopped working last week - called Gary right away as he is our go-to furnace repair guy. We spoke & decided that we needed a bit bigger AC unit.

Gary & his sons showed up at the house 2 days later as they had previous commitments & installed the new AC unit that afternoon - just in time for another couple of Hot days.

Gary was referred to me by a friend and we have been using him ever since to repair our furnace & AC. He has installed a new furnace for us in the last few years, along with the recent AC unit.
He is fair in his analysis of problem and resolution.
He has twice worked out a payment plan that works for both of us -
which is always an added bonus.

Gary and his sons (Gregory and Jeremy) were able to do the installation the next day. They were prompt, professional and courteous.

Had trouble with ac and this company came out quickly and expertly reviewed system, cleaned it and will procure freon top up...the system is working better than when they came and I have full confidence that this contractor knew his stuff and can fix it all!
