Very professional, courteous service
Gary installed an ERV system, serviced my tankless hot water heater, installed a whole-home humidifier, and serviced my HVAC.
He came along with an associate, and his son arrived shortly afterwards. Before beginning work in the basement, they laid down a protective mat from the entrance, down along the stairs, and into the basement - really appreciated this.
They got to work on the tankless system first. Although I have a water softener system, Gary advised that it's still important to service the tankless system to remove debris and scale. While servicing the unit, he showed me the debris build-up in the air intake, and the metal bits that came out upon flushing the system. I notice that the hot water is more consistent now (It's been ~4 years since I installed the system).
While this was being done, another team mate cleaned out the HVAC. Admittedly, it's been a long time since I serviced it, and it showed. There was ash accumulation in the upper part of the furnace, and the metal fins of the drum was caked in dust. They removed the fan completely to clean out all the dust.
The ERV system naturally took the longest to install. Hole were drilled from the outside, and Gary was mindful of local code. He sealed up the holes well, mounted the ERV and wired up the unit with my Ecobee thermostat. Everything is working without a hitch.
After taking care of everything, they cleaned up the work space well. All of this work was completed within a day. I'm very happy with their work and have no reservations with hiring Gary and his team again.
