I had hired Lucy's cleaning as a test to see if I wanted to have continued service with them. They were recommended by a friend. I asked them to come for a 3 hour clean. When I got home that day, I checked my house and realized they missed the downstairs half bath. They came out within the hour of me calling them and cleaned it for me. Knowing how quick they were to fix the issue is what prompted me to write the review. I am now going to continue using Lucy's regularly for a monthly clean. Thanks Team Lucy!

Axel from Lucy's Cleaning Service and Janitorial cleaned all the carpets in my 3-storey townhouse all in one day. They were heavily stained in a number of places and Axel had them looking so much better. His rates were very reasonable considering how much effort he put into his work.

We moved into our new place at the beginning of the month. When we went and did the final walkthrough with the landlord at the end of December, it was evident that the old tenants had not cleaned the house. The landlord was at a loss and a friend of ours who had used Lucy's recommended them. Although it was in the middle of the holiday season, Axel from Lucy's cleaning was more than accommodating. They came out to take a look at the place and told us not to worry about it, they would take care of it for us. We agreed to terms, which were more than fair and handed him the keys to our soon to be new home. We have a newborn baby, so we were really concerned. The previous tenants had pets and it was highly evident. Within days Axel called us back and said he was ready to give us back our keys. We were skeptical at best. We met Axel there and were amazed!! The place was spotless and looked fabulous. Everything was sparkling clean and smelled so fresh! We are now going to us Lucy's Cleaning Service to clean our home regularly. I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone. Thanks for a job incredibly well done!

Just had Lucy's in to do a move out/deep clean after my tenant moved out and left me quite a mess. The ladies that came to help us out and get it ready to be re-rented and they did a fantastic job. They were prompt and were done in no time. It looks better than ever! We will definitely be using Lucy's again. I would absolutely recommend them. Thanks for your help!

I think they were very professional and cleaned to my expectations within the time given. I would definitely recommend them to others. They were also very careful not to let my cat outside when they left. It was four hours of cleaning.

Lucy is immensely professional and personable. She was able to lift an immense burden from our shoulders when faced with a house which had not been cleaned properly for several years - along with a house filled with a daunting amount of clutter/hoarding. Lucy met with us first to go over all of her services - and formulated a plan to tackle this large job.

While we were out of town during the holidays, Lucy and her team were able to completely deep clean the house from top to bottom. Not only was the house thoroughly cleaned, everything was very well organized as well. What a huge and pleasant surprise when we came back.
