The lady's that come over to clean are very polite and easy to deal with. The work is all ways done fast and if there is something ur not happy with, we just ask and they fix it right away. Talking to the owner about payments and cleaning options was very easy. Never had to get ahold of them. They do there bast to find the best rate for you.

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Lucy's. Will continue to use them and recommend to others. It's allowed us to not clean on weekends and spend more time with our kids. They show up on time and when we get home, house is clean!! Thanks so much to Axel and his entire team.

Booking was super easy, communication was in place (super important for me), girls were very friendly and polite, everything was so easy! My house looks great, I got home and it was like someone waived a magic wand, and I didn't spend 4 hours doing it myself with my 11 week and 5 1/2 year old interrupting! One thing I was really impressed with is that our address was wrong (street name sinilar to another) and the girls phoned 5 minutes before they were suppose to arrive, and got here about 5 mins past. I enjoyed the fact that they would have actually been early! As you can tell I'm happy with my service. Go team Lucy!

I can't say enough good things about Lucy's Cleaning Services. Axel and Stefano arrived promptly to undertake carpet cleaning in my home. They were highly efficient, organized and courteous in explaining the process and went he extra mile to protect all my furnishings, baseboards and walls. I realized that I'd provided inadequate information and asked them to clean more than I'd initially intended. No problem! They are both good natured gentlemen and take pride in the quality of their work - and your home. They worked diligently and without fuss, taking out the tough stains and advising on the process throughout - they know their stuff ...and what a great job they did too! My carpets and rugs turned out amazingly clean, smelled fresh (I have a dog!!) and I'm so pleased. I would recommend these guys to anybody and will always consider them in the future. You won't be disappointed! Thanks guys - you're the best!!

I had the carpet done, and the result was overall very good. I had a couple of red stains that were stubborn and would not come out the 1st time the team was there. Axel came back a couple of weeks later and had a 2nd shot at it and successfully removed the 'once were' obvious stains.

Axel is friendly, personable, and takes pride in his work. I do not hesitate in recommending Axel and his company, and would use them again without a doubt.

We had Lucy Pro Cleaning come in and clean our carpets today. They came out to Cochrane with no extra cost. Our carpets literally look brand new. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had - and they got so much water out of the carpets they are almost already dry. Give them a shot, literally, carpets look brand new (and that is saying something considering they are old, cream colored and we have a dog!)

I tried Lucy's cleaning after receiving a door advertisement. I have been more than pleased with both the cleaning staff as well as the office staff. No need to shop around anymore.
